The successful candidate must have all of the following:
- a bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering (with a mechanical emphasis)
- at least eight years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
- a PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in other states
The ideal candidate will have experience in any/all of the following: designing chilled water, hot water, and condenser water systems; designing air handling systems such as VAV, geothermal and/or VRF; designing and specifying of DDC or PLC control systems; designing mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, military, aviation and/or industrial facilities; providing of commissioning services; working on LEED projects; designing steam systems, developing energy models.
