Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist in Water Resource
This position is an 11-month, tenure-track appointment in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering (BAE), with primary Extension (75%) and Teaching (25%) responsibilities and is expected to begin January 1st, 2022. The faculty member will be expected to develop and sustain a nationally recognized, externally funded, and responsive extension and applied research program addressing water availability, access, supply, quality, and use issues in Oklahoma.  Preferred areas of extension programming include, but are not limited to: non-point-source pollution from agricultural operations, erosion control, streambank stability, water conservation, water supply and sourcing, water treatment, watershed and landscape management, and rural and urban water quality issues in watershed
