Reporting to the Director of Global Quality, the Senior Manager provides a core process improvement and process development service to the Laboratory as a whole. They will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining organization-wide process improvement, development and process quality control standards, policies and procedures. The Senior Manager of Global Quality will be expected to lead change in the organization, and as such must be confident and capable, with proven abilities to build effective organizational systems. Develops Laboratory-wide strategies to improve process efficiency, enhance risk mitigation and audit internal processes. Teams reporting directly to them include Process Quality Control and Process Improvement Specialist(s). The incumbent must effectively lead an organization that is adjusting and adapting to significant organizational growth, potential globalization, increasing industry scrutiny, and expanding complexity. Develop and drive a work culture fostering a highly ethical environment grounded in credibility and trust.
