Salary:  $107,313.54 to $139,515.95 per year (Includes 9.75% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA))

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific is recruiting for permanent full-time Construction Managers, Architects, and Engineers in the following disciplines: Civil, Structural, Construction, Electrical, Environmental, General, or Mechanical with five years of specialized journeyman level experiences. Job locations in Hawaii, California, Washington State & Guam. 

Job Purpose and Summary

• Provide construction engineering and construction management support during various stages of a construction contract.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of project quality programs which includes both the NAVFAC field office quality assurance and, the construction contractor’s quality control program, and the effectiveness of a construction program to deliver projects on-time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents.
• Analyze actual construction workload data to provide recommendations for resource management, training programs, and changes necessary for construction business procedures.
• Conduct and/or facilitate forums, meetings and conferences for in- house construction workforce personnel, and maintain partnerships with construction industry associations.
• Provide technical and reach back support to NAVFAC field offices to facilitate project delivery.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree with major course work in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineering (PE), or Architectural registration is required at application.
