Regional Transportation Planner As GPCOG’s Regional Transportation Planner, you’ll be part of reshaping our region as it emerges from the pandemic and takes advantage of new and exciting opportunities.  The Regional Transportation Planner communicates with municipalities, transit providers, the Maine Department of Transportation, organizational partners, and the public to ensure that our transportation programs are transparent, inclusive, and impactful.
