This Staff Attorney position provides support in connection with legal, regulatory and reliability compliance matters for the Illinois Municipal Electric Agency, the Illinois Public Energy Agency and the Illinois Municipal Utilities Association  In this position he/she interfaces as needed with IMEA staff from other departments, Member representatives, consultants, outside attorneys representing the Agency or the Members, state and federal government officials and agencies, regulatory and compliance organizations and representatives of power supply providers, transmission and distribution providers and other vendors and counterparties and their attorneys.  This opportunity includes a variety of unique and challenging legal experiences working to plan for and address whatever matters ari
