Marketing Proposal Coordinator Beam, Longest & Neff, LLC (BLN), is a leading provider of engineering, construction and technical services for public agencies and private sector companies around the United States.
As a Proposal Coordinator you will: • Use your strengths of discipline and focus to lead the development of technical proposals • Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from federal, state, and local government agencies and plan the proposal development process • Lead kickoff meetings and take responsibility for all proposal deliverables, including illustrations, technical approaches, resumes, and project profiles • Interview technical staff and help develop technical narratives Performance Traits • Critical thinking skills to read and understand technical requirements • Exceptional responsiveness and ability to thrive under tight deadlines • Proactive communicator at all levels of the organization • Organized for efficiency, motivated for achievement, action-oriented for success

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 5 years related work experience, preferably in the A/E/C industries (B2G experience preferred) • Familiarity with government procurement rules and process • Read and understand technical information, conduct interviews, and draft technical material; excellent grammar, spelling and composition skills required • Collaborative and able to excel in cross-functional work teams • Self-motivated and able to work independently. NOTE: candidates can work remotely or from one of BLN’s offices nationwide • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and CRM or data management software (Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred)
