Keystone is seeking a Civil Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and 2-4 years’ experience, an E.I.T. certificate is preferred. Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and be able to work as a part of a fast-paced, multi-discipline team, have excellent communication and project management skills and be able to meet schedules. Primary Duties:– Work with Department Manager and Senior Engineers on the design of sites, utilities and roads.– Assist in preparation of stormwater management plans (SWPPP).– Report writing.– Computations regarding hydrology and hydraulics.– Prepare engineering cost estimates.
