Project Manager-Journey
The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is seeking applications for a Project Manager-Journey for the Business Affairs/Facilities Management. This is a full-time, permanent staff position.  Purpose of the Position: The primary responsibility of the Project Manager (PM) is to manage the programming, design, and construction administration of University capital projects. Projects will range in value from $500,000 up to and exceeding $36,000,000. The incumbent will manage projects beginning in the Advanced Planning Phase carrying the project through the construction phase to close-out procedures.
