The Associate Transit Planner position is responsible for assisting and leading in core planning and development functions as assigned, including a wide variety of professional and technical activities. Work includes responsibility to lead, as assigned, the preparation of plans, reports, and administration of service development activities. Additional responsibilities include: implement service development functions analysis of ridership, operational characteristics, demographics, regional transportation modeling, GIS mapping and other elements to support service evaluation and long-range system planning.
