The right candidate will be able to drive performance, and success of our Mechanical staff, projects, and program teams through the development and mentorship of Junior Staff. The Mechanical Engineer will be able to develop new business opportunities through direct and indirect customer contact, oversee and facilitate communication amongst internal and external Clients, and assist the team in achieving its mission and profitability goals. Specialized experience or certification of specialized systems is preferred.

Must have all the following:

• Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical Engineering or related field and 4 years experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer in good standing
• Proficient in REVIT or AutoCAD platforms
