The City of Glendale (population 191,586) is the fourth-largest city in Los Angeles County. Glendale Water & Power (GWP) is a municipal utility that serves over 34,000 water customers. The Water Services Division of GWP is comprised of four units: Water Engineering, Water Operation, Water Distribution, and Water Quality.
