Project Analyst is TRA’s foundational consulting position. TRA is seeking to hire a Project Analyst based either in Philadelphia or in Pittsburgh. This position will work with TRA’s staff in Philadelphia and across the US. The Project Analyst will travel frequently in support of TRA projects throughout the United States.
