APPLICATION DEADLINE: 9/28/2025 11:59 PM Central The Metropolitan Council is the regional planning agency for the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area providing essential services to our region: transportation, wastewater treatment, growth and development of local communities, affordable housing programs, and regional park systems.   The Metropolitan Transportation Services division conducts planning for the regional transportation system that includes highways, transit, aviation, freight, and bicycle and pedestrian connections. The Metropolitan Council is the region's federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization. This position is eligible for hybrid (remote and onsite) teleworking.
