The National Transit Institute (NTI), at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, seeks to hire instructors who can teach a range of topics in our Procurement course series (Orientation to Transit Procurement, Risk Assessment and Basic Cost or Price Analysis, RFPs and Competitive Contract Negotiations, etc.) to professionals in the public transit industry. The instructors will present course materials and assist with other requirements related to course instruction. The National Transit Institute (NTI) was established under the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 to develop, promote, and deliver training and educational programs for the public transit industry.
