The Community Outreach–Program Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact with stakeholders for agency initiatives, operational outreach, and capital projects. This position builds outreach strategies and performs those functions, including engaging with riders and stakeholders on a variety of topics, gaining feedback on service changes and other programs and representing Valley Metro at a variety of community events and functions. Typical duties include building outreach plans, creating presentations and community-friendly materials, taking part in events and tabling, coordinating outreach teams, and managing and documenting feedback.This position shall contribute to team efforts and represents Agency core values in the performance of duties.
