Southern Minnesota Municipal Power Agency, a joint-action electric utility, located in Rochester, MN seeks a project manager to develop, implement, and manage the Agency’s reliability standards compliance program. Primary Responsibilities: Develop, communicate, implement, and oversee policies and procedures to ensure that the Agency systems are compliant with the with standards of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), and Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO). Oversee the maintenance of evidence databases necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable standards. Implement processes to track standards development and due dates for compliance.
