The County of Riverside Transportation Department has an opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) assigned to the Construction Inspection Division in Riverside. This EPM will plan, organize, assign, and review the work of professional staff, technical engineering staff, and consultants involved in the the planning, environmental and regulatory processing, scheduling, design, operation, administration and construction of  major Public Works Improvement Projects.   These projects will involve significant resources, complex technical execution requirements, complicated environmental and regulatory issues, Federal and/or State funding, and relationship management.
