Function The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing and branding strategy to support the mission and business growth of PrePass Safety Alliance and its brands. Specific Responsibilities Develop organization marketing strategies, product plans, and campaign calendar based on the Alliance mission, vision, and strategic objectives. Manage the marketing budget, including campaign spending, outsourced vendor costs, and return on investment reporting. Lead, grow, and develop marketing team to deliver creative and effective work products that consistently exceed internal and external customer expectations.
