RAND is seeking highly motivated analysts to employ specialized modeling and simulation, and data analysis skills to support some or all phases of research as part of multi-disciplinary teams. Modeling & Simulation Analysts are expected to help develop approaches for using quantitative analysis to address complex policy problems; collect or simulate, clean, organize, analyze, and visualize data; and help communicate visual and written results of these analyses to internal and external audiences. Modeling & Simulation Analysts are proficient in using one or more programming languages and data analysis/visualization/simulation packages. These analysts may demonstrate depth of knowledge in one or more types of military simulations.
