TRANSPORTATION PLANNERS
The Transportation Department of the North Central Texas Council of Governments is seeking entry- or mid-level Transportation Planners in multiple program areas. Below is information regarding each position. Database Specialist I or II (Transportation Improvement Program) – Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). Tasks will generally include technical and/or administrative support to TIP projects and programs. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are essential to this position. Transportation Planner I or II (Transit/Grant Financial Management) – Support grant/financial management of transit-related projects and the administration of federal transit grant program act
