The Position: The City of Carlsbad is recruiting for an Assistant/Associate Engineer that will be part of the Transportation and Drainage Engineering Division and a key member of the Transportation Department. This individual will be part of an engineering team that manages a variety of transportation and storm drain and flood control projects and will report to a Senior Engineer of the Transportation and Drainage Engineering Division. A successful applicant will possess a strong working knowledge of civil, transportation and drainage engineering principles and practices to join the Transportation Department of the Public Works Branch.
