All position levels require graduation from a standard high school or possession of GED equivalency certificate. Additional requirements include:

Senior Lead Mechanic: 8 years experience performing installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment.

Maintenance Supervisor: 7 years experience performing installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical or electronic equipment in an industrial setting, including 3 years of supervisory responsibilities.

Senior Maintenance Supervisor: 8 years experience performing installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical or electronic equipment in a power generating facility, including 5 years of supervisory responsibilities.

Lead Maintenance Supervisor: 10 years experience performing installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical or electronic equipment in an industrial setting, including 7 years of supervisory responsibilities.
